HORSE LINE

All the chemical products of this line are formulated and labeled according to the EC CLP 127/2008 REGULATION. This regulation introduces a new system throughout the European Union for the classification and labeling of chemical substances and the same is based on the international System of the United Nations (ONU's GHS). The CLP regulation addresses the dangers of substances and mixtures, but also the method used to provide information on such. Therefore, since June 2015, all chemical products marketed, including chemical products for horses, must be classified as dangerous or harmless products and must be accompanied by a Safety Data Sheet. Furthermore, the same can no longer be improperly labeled as cosmetics since they are only intended for humans. The end customer as the right to require the Safety Data Sheet of the product purchased from the retailer.
GUGLIELMO PEARSON Srl is the first non-cosmetic chemical company of the horse industry to comply with this legislation in Italy. Therefore, the finished products of the Pearson Horse Line are not cosmetic products for human use that were adapted to the equestrian environment, but rather specific products designed for their intended use.
The selective raw materials used in the production cycle confer greater quality and efficiency than required by the regulation and are thus distinguished from all others present on the market.
